Accountant & USA Representative

As an Accountant and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation, and compliance with financial regulations and company policies in the accounting department. Additionally, you will be handling outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the USA, addressing inbound inquiries, providing necessary assistance, resolving customer concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor during the CST time zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST). Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the USA. - Address inbound inquiries and provide necessary assistance. - Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required. - Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional tone. - Efficiently work within the CST time zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Previous experience in accounting and/or customer service positions. - Proficient in English communication (verbal and written). - Ability to work during USA business hours (CST time zone). - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Effective multitasking and time management skills. While experience in a USA-based process or international calling is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.,
