Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Verifying supplier invoices for accuracy based on complex calculation terms
Preparing buyer invoices, including penalties and deductions as per agreements
Performing daily bank reconciliations and managing journal entries
Maintaining accurate ERP-based bookkeeping (Oracle preferred)
Processing payments, managing expenses, and ensuring timely settlement of vendor accounts
Coordinating real-time pricing and communication between brokers and clients
Inbox and task management with prioritization of high-importance correspondence
Collaborating with teams across finance, operations, and logistics

Key Skills Required:

Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Office
, and
ERP systems
(Oracle preferred)
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) mandatory
Fluency in Hindi and/or Gujarati preferred
Fast typing, high attention to detail, and good arithmetic skills
Ability to work independently and handle multi-tasking under pressure
Comfortable working in a non-corporate, startup-like environment with international exposure.
Working Days:
6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
