Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage
GST filing
, including returns, reconciliations, and compliance with government regulations.

Process
salary payments
, TDS deductions, and ensure timely salary crediting.

Prepare and file income tax, TDS, and other statutory returns as required.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Generate financial reports, summaries, and statements for management.

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

Minimum 25 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a corporate or EdTech environment.

Hands-on experience with
GST filing, salary processing, and tax filing
.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
