Job Title:

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations in Tally or other ERP systems
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and e-way bill documentation
Process and verify freight bills, lorry receipts, and transport-related invoices
Track and reconcile transporter payments, diesel, tolls, and vehicle maintenance expenses
Ensure timely TDS/TCS deductions, payments, and filings
Conduct monthly vendor and transporter reconciliations
Maintain accurate books of accounts, P&L, and support during audits
Monitor cost control by route/vehicle and assist in analysing operational profitability
Prepare MIS reports and assist in setting up internal financial controls

Candidate Profile:

3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or infrastructure
Strong command over GST, TDS, and logistics billing processes
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and document handling
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of multitasking
Good communication skills for coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams
