Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, preparing financial documents, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
Support internal and external audits.
Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring timely submissions.
Provide financial analysis and insights for business decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
Suggest improvements to accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

NOTE : Tally ,GST ,Invoice Knowledge must .
