Job Description: Accounting & Tax Associate

Sarathi Financial & Management Services is a well-established financial advisory firm with over 28 years of experience in providing Mutual Fund services, insurance, and wealth management. We are looking for a dedicated, honest, and trustworthy professional to join our team in Noida as an Accounting & Tax Associate.

Position Overview

As an integral part of our team, you will manage internal accounting tasks and provide essential tax filing services for our prospective clients. We are looking for a permanent team member who is committed to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Income Tax Filing: Lead the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for a diverse range of prospective clients.
• Internal Accounting: Manage the day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping for Sarathi Financial & Management Services.
• Audit Support: Contribute to and assist in the company's auditing processes.
• Tax Advisory: Assist in providing Income Tax and GST advisory services to clients.
• Administrative Support: Utilize provided resources to maintain organized financial documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in filing ITR.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and tax filing portals.
• Character: Must be highly honest, reliable, and trustworthy, as you will be handling sensitive financial data.
• Commitment: Looking for a candidate seeking a permanent long-term role.
