Job Description

As an Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and reports. Your role will involve recording daily financial transactions, preparing invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations, as well as assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements. Additionally, you will handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related work, support audits, maintain proper filing of financial documents, and assist in budgeting and expense management. Key Responsibilities: - Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers. - Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations. - Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements. - Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related work. - Support in audits and coordinate with external auditors or CA. - Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records. - Assist in budgeting and expense management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. - Experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred. - Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel). - Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax filing procedures. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills.
