Accountant Role

As an experienced Bookkeeper for an estate and processing units, your role will involve managing daily bookkeeping using Tally/VEND or similar software. You will be responsible for preparing and reconciling monthly expense statements and cash flow reports. Your duties will also include handling wages, statutory filings (PF/ESI/TDS), and supplier invoices. Additionally, you will assist in procurement budgets, project costing, and ensuring audit readiness. It will be essential for you to liaise with HQ (Singapore/urban office) for financial coordination and reporting. Moreover, you will be in charge of maintaining petty cash and on-site expense records efficiently. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in agri, hospitality, or manufacturing industries. - Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software. - Strong reliability, discretion, and organizational skills. - Comfortable working from the plantation office with periodic city coordination.
