Landscape Architecture Role

As a Garden Designer at our company, your role involves designing and maintaining Auras flowering and ornamental gardens with a European and tropical aesthetic. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the nursery and plant propagation. - Planning soil regeneration beds, compost zones, and companion planting areas. - Collaborating with the Biodynamic Lead for plant health and the Infrastructure Lead for pathways, irrigation, and lighting. - Maintaining Auras visual language of natural beauty, simplicity, and seasonal color. - Overseeing garden teams and scheduling planting, pruning, and mulching cycles. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in landscape architecture or horticulture with a degree or diploma. You should be skilled in native and ornamental plant selection, design layout, and maintenance planning. An artistic sensibility aligned with nature's rhythm is essential. Familiarity with CAD or landscape planning tools is preferred but not required.
