Job Description

As a Real Estate Accountant at Assagao-North Goa, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of real estate operations. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in real estate accounting to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations. Your proficiency in MS Office and Tally ERP9 will be essential in handling day-to-day accounting tasks. Additionally, your strong communication skills in English will facilitate effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Service Tax, GST, TDS, and Income Tax to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Coordinate with banks for APF and handle posting entries in Tally 9 ERP, Excel data entry, bank reconciliation, and maintenance of accounts. - Maintain all financial ledgers for day-to-day operations and generate accounting records and MIS reports. - Scrutinize and verify accounting entries, making necessary rectifications when required. - Collaborate with the Purchase Team and calculate/prepares TDS GST Challan up to finalization. - Manage bank, cash, and petty cash operations, including passing entries for Debit Note and Credit Notes in Tally/Excel. - Report to senior management on financial matters and provide necessary support for decision-making. - 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Accounting. - Proficiency in MS Office and Tally ERP9. - Sound financial and operational knowledge in real estate. - Knowledge of applicable taxes and financial statements. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.,
