Job Title: Property Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 2 PM 11 PM IST (Monday Friday)

Industry: Real Estate / Property Management / US Accounting

Job Summary:

Property Accountant

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of transactions, and supporting the accounting cycle for assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned real estate properties.

Yardi

Accounts Payable (AP)

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews.

Prepare and review property-level financial statements and supporting schedules.

Ensure accurate coding of invoices and compliance with accounting standards.

US accounting team

Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2 - 6 years of experience

Yardi Voyager

Accounts Payable

US GAAP

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and US based teams.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
