Accountant (Real Estate)

As an Accountant in the Real Estate industry, you will play a crucial role in financial management and compliance. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. You will be involved in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, as well as conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and analysis initiatives will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will support ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as an Accountant is required, along with sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are also necessary. You should be capable of working independently and effectively prioritizing tasks. Please note that this position is open exclusively to male candidates due to specific workplace dynamics. The selected candidate will be stationed in our office located in Civil Lines, Gurgaon. The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule.
