Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations including reconciliations, and collectionsClient managementInteract with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)/clients to manage society-level accountsEnsure timely generation of invoices and accurate bookkeepingConduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews and prepare MIS reportsHadle vendor payments, expense reports, and maintain financial hygiene across accountsWork with internal stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Product) to streamline accounting integrationSuport statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance with all tax and regulatory requirementsImplement process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounts functionRequired Skills & Qualifications:1-4 years of relevant experience in managing accounting operationsStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory complianceProficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting toolsands-on experience in reconciliations, ledger management, and cash flow trackingStong communication and leadership skillsExperience in client-facing roles (preferably with RWAs or housing societies) is a plusAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
