About the Role:

Accountant- New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting tasks.
• Reconcile intercompany and client accounts.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of bookkeeping services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role (preferably with NZ clients).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
