Accountant

As an Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for managing financial operations efficiently. Your role will involve tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions in Tally. - Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. - Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. - Ensure timely collection of receivables and accurate recording of transactions. - Respond promptly to accounting-related queries via email and phone. - Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax laws. - Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Support audits and liaise with auditors as needed. - Assist in budget preparation and expense analysis. Qualifications: Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. - Skills: - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to draft professional emails and reports. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with GST, TDS filing, and other compliance tasks. - Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.,
