Job Title:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Manage petty cash and monitor daily transactions.
  • Work closely with the management to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain documentation and records for financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
