Job Description

As an Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions efficiently. - Record and maintain all entries in Tally ERP accurately. - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports promptly. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements consistently. - Support tax-related activities, audits, and financial documentation effectively. - Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients for smooth financial operations seamlessly. The qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping. - Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. In addition, preferred skills for this position include: - Experience with GST, TDS, and basic taxation. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. - Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
