Job Title: Accountant
Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (All-inclusive, no deductions)Payment: Daily basis (Cash / Bank / UPI / NEFT / RTGS)
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to handle all types of company financial activities, including bank payments, staff salaries, vendor settlements, and complete day-to-day accounting. This position involves site-level salary handling as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all company payments – staff, vendors, suppliers, and bills
Handle bank transactions (online transfers, cheques, UPI, NEFT/RTGS)
Maintain cash book, ledger, vouchers, and financial records
Prepare and submit daily payment & receipt reports
Ensure timely disbursement of staff salaries and vendor payments
Oversee GST, TDS, and statutory tax compliance
Coordinate with management for budgeting & financial planning
Maintain confidentiality and ensure 100% accuracy in transactions
Requirements:
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting & payments handling
Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and online banking systems
Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual in handling payments
Excellent skills in record-keeping, reporting, and compliance
