The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the IT/Software industry. 4–5 years of relevant accounting and compliance experience in India. Proficiency in Tally ERP; exposure to Zoho Books and QuickBooks is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of Indian tax laws and statutory compliances. Experience working in IT/Software industry preferred. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
