Job Description

As an Accountant joining our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your proficiency in accounting software, strong understanding of accounting principles, and ability to work independently with accuracy are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records such as ledgers, journals, and balance sheets. - Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies. - Process transactions efficiently. - Prepare financial reports. - Ensure tax compliance. - Provide support during audits. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting. - Implement internal controls. - Conduct month-end and year-end close activities. - Perform ad hoc financial analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required); certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). - Familiarity with tax laws and regulations. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. As an additional detail, this role requires an analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, the capacity to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time, permanent position located in person.,
