Role Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Account Executive to join our team. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing dealership-specific accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in the automotive dealership sectorparticularly with commercial and heavy commercial vehicle brands like Force, Mahindra, or similarto contribute to a growing and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

? Manage GST compliance filings, returns, and payments.

? Oversee direct & indirect expenses, vendor payments, and invoicing.

? Ensure timely and accurate TDS filings.

? Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations.

? Handle banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, RTGS/NEFT, cheque clearances, bank reconciliations).

? Manage payroll processing including statutory deductions and disbursements.

? Ensure ESI & PF compliance with proper documentation and submissions.

? Maintain dealership-specific ledgers (e.g., Force LLP accounts).

? Liaise with parent companies for account coordination.

? Support finance-related administrative and operational tasks.

? Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

Solid expertise in payroll management and banking operations.

Prior background in automotive dealership accounts with parent company liaisoning (Force, Mahindra, etc.).

Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

CA (Inter) / CMA preferred.

Minimum 45 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in automotive dealership operations.
