Accountant

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, client communication, and collections.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to address and resolve any invoice-related concerns or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Accounts Payable Support: Assist in managing and processing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Project Financials & Audits: Conduct audits on live projects, ensuring financial accuracy and tracking project budgets and expenses.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other teams to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic business decisions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, monthly statements, and reports in compliance with company policies and standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Strong familiarity with IT products and procurement processes, particularly within the tech industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Committed to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling financial data.
• Experience working with AI-driven tools or openness to adopting AI technologies in finance workflows is a plus.
