Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, preparing reports, and assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process. This role requires a high level of accuracy, integrity, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Manage general ledger entries and ensure timely month-end and year-end close

Assist with internal and external audits

Prepare tax filings and support tax compliance efforts

Analize financial data to identify trends and make recommendations

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

Proven experience as an accountant or similar role (e.g., 2+ years)

knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally )

Strong Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills:
Experience with financial reporting tools

Knowledge of tax regulations and corporate finance

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

We will highly prefer the candidate who lives near Thane , Dombivli, Mulund, Bhandup.
