Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the financial health of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Finalizing balance sheets and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Preparing final accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Managing TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) calculations and submissions.
• Utilizing accounting software such as Busy and Tally for efficient financial management.
• Assisting in audits and providing necessary documentation as required.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in balance sheet finalization, final accounts, TDS, and GST.
• Experience with accounting software, particularly Busy and Tally.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
