Key Responsibilities The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the financial health of our organization. Key responsibilities include: Finalizing balance sheets and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Preparing final accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Managing TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) calculations and submissions. Utilizing accounting software such as Busy and Tally for efficient financial management. Assisting in audits and providing necessary documentation as required. Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in accounting. Proficiency in balance sheet finalization, final accounts, TDS, and GST. Experience with accounting software, particularly Busy and Tally. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
