Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Accountant to manage the financial operations of Dangura Digital. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and daily financial management. Experience in agency/production/creative industry accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books or relevant software.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Manage GST filings, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.

Billing & Invoicing

Create client invoices and follow up for payments.
Maintain records of purchase bills, expense bills, PO, and vendor payments.
Handle employee reimbursements and petty cash management.

Financial Planning & Reporting

Assist in budgeting, cash-flow planning, and forecasting.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Track project-wise expenses and profitability.

Compliance & Auditing

Support internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 0 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Zoho Books/MS Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with accuracy and discipline.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a digital marketing/production agency.
Knowledge of payroll processing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
