We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
## Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial record-keeping and maintenance
2. Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
3. Accounts payable and receivable management
4. Budgeting and forecasting
5. Compliance with accounting standards and regulations
## Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2. Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
3. Proven experience in accounting (minimum 2-3 years)
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
