We seek an experienced Accountant for our export operations in sector 80 Noida. The role demands full-time work, 6 days a week, handling day to day book keeping, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation. Key responsibilities Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, and vouchers in accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/other – specify what you use). Prepare and update GST, TDS, and other statutory records; coordinate with CA for returns and filings. Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable/payable, and follow up on overdue payments from clients. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow summary, and management reports for the owner. Coordinate with export team for invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other export-related financial documents. Maintain proper documentation for audits, bank queries, and compliance checks Required qualifications and skills Commerce graduate (B.Com or higher); MIn 5 years’ experience in accounting; export/import or manufacturing experience preferred. Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and basic income tax rules. Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/other accounting ERP and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, honesty, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
