Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC routers, interpreting design files, and maintaining equipment to ensure quality and precision in all output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and form wood, plastics, or other materials
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files
• Set up and maintain tools and machinery
• Monitor production for quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating CNC routers
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents
• Familiarity with materials like MDF, plywood, acrylic, etc.
• Knowledge of CNC software (e.g., VCarve, Aspire, Fusion 360) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
