ACCOUNTANT CUM MIS EXECUTIVE

Job Description: As an Accounting Manager, your role will involve managing day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting activities of all departments and ensuring proper recording of transactions. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide accurate financial information for decision-making purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, update, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist management in making informed decisions. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws to avoid any legal issues. - Coordinate with internal teams and auditors to facilitate smooth financial operations and audits. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations to management for improving financial performance. - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information to uphold the integrity of the company's financial data. - Submit reports and updates directly to the Director to keep the management informed about the financial status of the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proven experience in accounting and financial management. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.,
