Job Description

  • Receive and manage sales leads generated from social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and the TVS Accelerator App.
  • Maintain an organized lead database and update follow-up status regularly.

Customer Follow-up

  • Contact prospects promptly through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, or in-person meetings as required.
  • Understand customer requirements, answer their queries, and explain product features and benefits effectively.

Sales Conversion

  • Proactively persuade prospects to make a purchase.
  • Provide test rides or product demonstrations as needed.
  • Negotiate prices and close the sale in alignment with company policies.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the sales manager and other team members for smooth operations.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
