Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant responsible for managing financial records, performing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Your key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records such as ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, as well as assisting in developing and monitoring budgets. Ensuring timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations will also be part of your duties. You will prepare documentation for audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed. As an Accountant, you will perform internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and prevent fraud. You will also be expected to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to mitigate financial risks. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree (Preferred) in a relevant field. You should have at least 4 years of experience in Accounting and Tally, with a total work experience of 4 years. A CA-Inter certification is preferred.
