Accountant

As an Accounting Specialist, your role will involve documenting various financial transactions by accurately entering account information data. You will be responsible for analyzing accounting options and recommending appropriate financial actions. Additionally, you will summarize the financial status of the organization by gathering information and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and account statements. Key Responsibilities: - Document financial transactions by entering account information data - Analyze accounting options and suggest financial actions - Summarize financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and account statements - Ensure accounting controls by recommending procedures and policies - Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering relevant questions - Secure sensitive financial information by completing database backups - Answer accounting related questions by interpreting accounting regulations and policies - Study new and existing legislation to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Advise management on relevant actions to adhere to legal financial requirements - Maintain customer confidence Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred As a Full-time employee, you will be entitled to leave encashment and a yearly bonus. The work schedule will be during the day shift, and the work location is remote.
