We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Manager to handle basic accounting tasks and assist in managing daily office operations. This role is ideal for candidates with solid accounting knowledge and the ability to multitask in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

Record day-to-day financial transactions
Prepare basic financial statements and reports
Maintain ledgers and reconcile bank statements
Manage bills, invoices, and petty cash
Handle GST entries and basic compliance
Use Tally or similar accounting software

Managerial Duties:

Oversee day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers
Maintain files, records, and business correspondence
Support the business owner with administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and routine business activities

Requirements:

B.Com or M.Com degree (or equivalent)
1–3 years of experience in accounting or office management
Basic knowledge of GST, and financial documentation
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic computer applications
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks independently

Benefits:
