Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Management:

- Managing the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Preparing and overseeing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

2. Taxation and Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and managing tax-related matters.

- Preparing and submitting financial documents required by regulatory authorities.

3. Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Organizing and archiving financial documents for auditing and reference.

4. Financial Analysis:

- Conducting financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and make recommendations for improvement.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborating with other departments to create budgets and financial forecasts.

- Monitoring actual financial performance against budgeted figures.

6. Risk Management:

- Identifying and mitigating financial risks in real estate transactions.

- Advising on financial strategies to reduce risk.

7. Financial Software: ERP

- Utilizing accounting software to manage financial data efficiently.

10. Reporting:

- Generating and presenting financial reports to company management .

- Explaining financial data in a clear and understandable manner.

11. Audit Preparation:

- Preparing the company for internal and external audits.

- Ensuring that financial records are accurate and well-documented.

12. Regulatory Changes:

- Keeping up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws related to real estate.

Compliances:

1. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

  • Ensuring the deduction and timely deposit of TDS on payments made to vendors, contractors, and other parties as per the tax laws.
  • Preparing TDS returns and certificates.
  • Maintaining records of TDS transactions and ensuring compliance with TDS regulations.

2. GST (Goods and Services Tax):

  • Managing GST compliance for real estate transactions, including sales of properties or rental income.
  • Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns as per the regulatory requirements.
  • Verifying GST invoices and reconciling input and output tax credits.

3. RERA Compliance:

  • • Ensuring adherence to the regulations and requirements set by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in the respective state.
  • • Preparing and submitting RERA-related documents and reports.
  • • Managing financial aspects of project registrations, disclosures, and escrow accounts as mandated by RERA.
