Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and assessing potential customers who are likely to be a good fit for the company's offerings. Sales Presentations and Communication: Engaging with prospects through phone, email, or online channels to demonstrate product/service value and address their needs. Negotiation and Closing: Working with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and finalize sales. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records. Follow-up and Support: Providing ongoing support to customers and following up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals. Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products/services and competitive offerings. Collaboration: Working with other teams (marketing, product, customer service) to achieve common goals.
