About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CA Article Trainee to join our firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST filing, and basic accounting principles. The trainee will gain exposure to various aspects of accounting, taxation, and audit functions while working closely with senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
• Assist with posting journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable under supervision.

2. GST & Taxation

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).
• Assist in GST registration, amendments, and compliance-related tasks.
• Support in handling GST notices and documentation.
• Basic understanding of TDS, income tax workings, and related filings.

3. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Support team in preparing MIS reports and reconciliation statements.

4.Support Tasks

• Maintain proper documentation and client files.
• Coordinate with clients to collect data and information.
• Support seniors in day-to-day office assignments.

Skills Required

• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with GST return filing and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong analytical ability and willingness to learn
• Good communication and time management skills

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate (Group 1 or both groups cleared) as per ICAI guidelines
• Good academic record with interest in accounting & taxation
• B.com, M.com, MBA, or other having at least 6 months’ experience in Tally

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
