Job Description

Proficiency in invoicing (Mandatory skill).
Experience with e-invoicing (Mandatory skill).
Proven track record in accounting (Mandatory skill).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and management.
Keen attention to detail for accurate financial records and reporting.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Problem-solving ability to address accounting discrepancies and issues independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily invoicing and e-invoicing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate financial records through systematic entry and updating of accounting data.
Analyze and reconcile account discrepancies to facilitate smooth operations.
Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management as required.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes including balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
Create and maintain financial statements and documentations for internal and external audits.
