About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Officer

to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our real estate projects. The role involves handling accounts, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance to ensure smooth financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and monitor project-wise financial statements, cash flow, and budgets.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances related to real estate transactions.

Support in audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors.

Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management review.

Monitor expenses and cost allocation for different real estate projects.

Collaborate with project, purchase, and legal teams for financial inputs.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

2 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the
real estate industry
.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.

Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team coordination abilities.
