Account Officer

Role Overview: As an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer, your main responsibility will be to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. You should have a strong background in finance and accounting, possess excellent analytical skills, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax. - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. - Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. - Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting best practices. - Coordinate with management for financial planning and decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - Professional certifications like CA Inter, CMA Inter, etc., will be an added advantage. - At least 4 years of proven experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar accounting role.
