Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable,

general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process and ensure timely

preparation of financial statements.

Manage GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliances, including returns and

audits.

Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for audits and

assessments.

Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Support the management team with financial planning, tax strategy, and cost control.
Liaise with banks for fund management, OD, LC/BG facilities, and other transactions.
Maintain compliance with Indian accounting standards and company policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/MBA

Finance preferred).

Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the solar, energy, or

manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other financial regulations.

Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting/reporting tools.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
