Job Description

As a candidate applying for this position, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred working location from the following options: Gurgaon, Haryana, India; Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a business-related field, 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization, and 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies. In this role, you will be working with businesses of various sizes and industries that partner with Google. Your expertise in online media, coupled with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities, will play a crucial role in shaping the growth of new and existing businesses. By leveraging your relationship-building skills, you will deliver Google-caliber client service, conduct research, and perform market analysis. Anticipating decision-making processes, you will continuously explore and uncover the business needs of key clients at Google, understanding how our product offerings can contribute to their growth. Collaborating with clients, you will establish the vision and strategy to effectively reach thousands of users through advertising. The Large Customer Sales teams at Google collaborate closely with some of the world's leading advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that drive business growth and brand awareness. With a unique perspective on the ongoing transformation in advertising towards mobile and online platforms, we are well-positioned to influence how companies expand their businesses in the digital era. By advising clients on Google's diverse range of products in search, video, and mobile, we facilitate instant and seamless connections with their target audiences. Key responsibilities for this role include building and managing relationships with clients, gaining insight into their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of workflows and projects. Additionally, you will strategize to achieve business growth goals by presenting Google advertising products and solutions that align with clients" marketing objectives. Your role will involve developing analyses and recommendations that support customer goals, quantifying opportunities, and presenting tailored recommendations to clients. Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of Google Advertising products and how they can be utilized to achieve a wide range of marketing objectives.,
