Designation: Account Manager Real Estate Industry

Location: Faridabad, Sector 6 (In-Office)

Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000 (per month, negotiable)

Experience Required: 5 - 15 years (Real Estate industry background mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM)

UrbTech India Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the Real Estate Industry, known for delivering quality projects across NCR. We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager with strong expertise in taxation, ROC compliance, and audit handling, specifically within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end accounting operations for real estate projects.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, PF, and other statutory requirements.

Preparation & finalization of accounts and financial statements.

Independently manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Perform daily bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage vendor payments, purchase entries, and billing/invoicing.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and MIS reporting.

Liaison with banks, auditors, clients, and statutory authorities.

Generate invoices and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Taxation, ROC Filings, GST, TDS, Statutory Compliance, and Audits.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems.

Prior experience in Real Estate Accounting is mandatory.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting.

Ability to lead and manage accounts independently.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)

CS / CA-Inter preferred

Who Can Apply

Candidates with 5 to 15 years of accounting experience.

Real Estate Industry experience is compulsory.

Strong knowledge of ROC, Taxation & Audit handling.

Candidates staying in or near Faridabad will be preferred.
