We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Account Management / Client Servicing professional to support our BFSI account. This role requires someone who can confidently manage client conversations, understand brand requirements, and ensure seamless execution of experiential marketing initiatives and activations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear, confident, and timely communication.
Manage end-to-end client servicing, from understanding briefs to delivering high-quality output.
Support and contribute to content strategy for brand campaigns, with a focus on experiential marketing and on-ground activations.
Ensure strict adherence to BFSI brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and approval processes during campaign planning and live events.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive smooth execution of all deliverables.
Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and attention to detail across all tasks.
Anticipate client needs, provide proactive solutions, and support the team in building strong, long-term relationships.
24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, brand solutions, or campaign execution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead confident and structured client discussions.
Presentable, professional, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
Experience in experiential marketing, activations, on-ground events, or brand campaigns is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, especially with brand guidelines and compliance processes.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and project-management skills.
