Job Title: Account Manager

Job: Full Time

Location: Bangalore(Bangalore Based only)

Job Summary:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services
Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
Ensure compliance with client-specific and industry regulations
Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager in the staffing or recruitment industry
Strong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of industry-specific hiring needs (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.)
Experience in contract staffing, permanent placements, and/or MSP environments
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
