Account Manager Female

Job Description:

Sanat Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, strong command over statutory compliance, and the ability to lead a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle TDS, GST, PF/ESI filings and challans
• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
• Finalize balance sheets and coordinate audits
• Maintain accurate ledgers and journal entries
• Work with sales and operations for budget forecasting
• Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and CAs

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF/ESI, and other compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹69,000.00 per month
