Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft customized solutions and proposals.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline health.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across existing accounts.
Ensure client satisfaction through periodic reviews, performance tracking, and proactive engagement.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
