Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main purpose will be to manage a group of customers in order to achieve designated sales target levels and develop profitable business opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Possessing and applying detailed product knowledge along with a thorough understanding of the client's business. - Directing the sales process to meet or exceed sales targets. - Leading sales expansion efforts by introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients. - Developing short and long-range sales plans and strategies using available marketing programs to reach nominated targets. - Maintaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. - Ensuring high-quality customer service for all clients. - Keeping clients informed of new products and services and transferring information to the appropriate sales representative for additional service needs.
