What You’ll Do

• Leverage AI tools and analytics to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and personalize outreach.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns that exceed expectations.
• Create pitch presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions for clients.
• Track project performance, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for key accounts.
• Stay on top of market trends and competitor insights to add value to every interaction.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in account management, client servicing in a digital/creative agency.
• Proficiency in AI tools (HubSpot AI, Apollo, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) for lead management and insight generation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with confidence and clarity.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for creating meaningful client experiences.
