Account & Finance Executive

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's accounting processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. - Assisting in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports for taxation and compliance. - Performing regular bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring financial stability. - Supporting internal and external audits by providing the necessary financial documentation and information. - Tracking and verifying business expenses to ensure adherence to budget limits. - Assisting in financial analysis and budgeting to provide valuable insights for management decision-making. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com, BBA, or related fields). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sectors. - Proficiency in accounting software such as MS Excel, Tally, SAP. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
